Why did AllCare join CloseKnit?
AllCare made the decision to join a larger organization to ensure patients continue to receive high‑quality care, supported by the tools, technology, and resources needed for the future. CloseKnit, a like‑minded organization with the same commitment to transforming healthcare, offered this opportunity and the ability to grow physical locations and expand virtual care access across all 50 states.
Will my doctor and Care Team stay the same?
Yes. Your providers, nurses, and staff aren’t changing.
Will I need to make a new portal account?
While it's not required, creating a new portal account will allow you to message your care team directly, pay your bills, and schedule appointments.
Will my medical records transfer?
Absolutely. All your health information will move securely to the new system.
What about my appointments and insurance?
No changes there. Your appointments and coverage stay the same.
Will I have to pay additional fees to join CloseKnit?
No! There are no additional fees to be a CloseKnit Primary Care patient.
