AllCare Family Medicine will be joining the CloseKnit Hybrid Primary and Immediate Care practice on Monday, 2/2.

CloseKnit represents the best in healthcare, offering even more ways to get the care you need when and where you need it. As a member of the practice, you will have access to even more convenient locations across MD/DC/VA, plus virtual visits available in all 50 statesmost with same/next day appointments.

There is nothing that you need to do at this time. Your trusted AllCare providers and clinic teams will continue to support you during this transition. Starting 2/2, you will notice a new website, scheduling tool, and patient portal. You will also see changes at every location very soon. 

As a valued patient, we will continue to keep you updated. A form is also available below for any questions or concerns.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED:

Will my doctor and Care Team stay the same?

Yes. Your providers, nurses, and staff aren’t changing.

Will I need to make a new portal account?

While it's not required, creating a new portal account will allow you to message your care team directly, pay your bills, and schedule appointments.

Will my medical records transfer?

Absolutely. All your health information will move securely to the new system.

What about my appointments and insurance?

No changes there. Your appointments and coverage stay the same.

Will I have to pay additional fees to join CloseKnit?

No! There are no additional fees to be a CloseKnit Primary Care patient.
