Medications are best refilled by your Primary Care Provider; however, on occasion, we understand that you might need a refill urgently. These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Do I need to be a primary care patient to use CloseKnit Immediate Care?

No, immediate care is open to all CloseKnit registered users whether you’re a primary care patient or not.

How long does a virtual Immediate care visit usually take?

Depending on your needs, a virtual care visit typically lasts about 15-30 minutes.
