Dr. Bhandary is a graduate of St. Aloysius College in Mangalore, India. He studied Internal Medicine at Kasturba Medical College, with residency at Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, internship and residency in Internal Medicine at University of Pennsylvania Health Systems, and neurology registrar at University Of Chicago Hospital System. Dr. Bhandary is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Medical Association, Montgomery Medical Society, and Greater Washington Association of Physicians of Indian Origin.

Dr. Bhandary is married and has two children, loves to travel and cook, and enjoys organizing events for non-profits.
