Approach to Care

I'm passionate about health literacy and health equity. As a first-generation American with Haitian immigrant parents, I have witnessed and experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating a foreign healthcare system and the impact of not understanding one’s health or the health of a loved one. I enjoy helping others comprehend their health and learn how to improve it.

My goal is to contribute to a healthcare system that isn't only efficient but also equitable and compassionate, where patients feel valued and supported at every stage of their journey.

I prioritize my own health by creating a daily grateful list, journaling, taking morning walks, meditating, enjoying laughter, and praying.
