Ikeshia Knight is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over 25 years of diverse healthcare experience, including expertise in Kidney/Pancreas Transplant, Weight Management, Trauma Care Management, and Chronic Wound Care, as well as a broad range of inpatient and outpatient specialties. A dedicated healthcare professional, she completed her academic training at Winston-Salem State University and North Carolina A&T State University.
Ikeshia is deeply committed to advancing nursing practice and education. She serves as an Adjunct Faculty member and Mentor for the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Winston-Salem State University, where she actively contributes to the development of future nurse leaders. Her professional affiliations include active membership in the CHI ETA PHI Nursing Sorority, Inc., the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.
With a passion for advocating for underserved communities, Ikeshia is also involved in various local organizations, volunteering to support health and educational initiatives. Her dedication to community health, education, and mentorship underscores her career focus on improving healthcare outcomes for all.
Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Ikeshia enjoys international travel, attending concerts, sporting events, and spending quality time with friends and family.
