Approach to Care
I went into healthcare because I wanted to help people lead healthier lives, and my passion is to educate and empower people to make meaningful changes in their health.
What’s most important to me is that the patients and I have a good relationship. Patients usually come back to me because they trust that I care about their wellbeing and I make recommendations about what is best for them as a person and not as a number.
To prioritize my health, I am intentional about controlling my levels of stress.
