Dr. Stelling practices family medicine with special interests in preventive medicine, adolescent medicine, women’s health, weight management, and managing chronic conditions including anxiety disorders, depression, hypertension, and diabetes. She is Board Certified by The American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She graduated with a B.S. in Biological Sciences from North Carolina State University. She then attended medical school at the University of Virginia and completed her residency in Family Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Stelling enjoys partnering with her patients to help them achieve their best health and meet their individual goals. She has also completed additional training in Integrative Medicine through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.
Outside of work, Dr. Stelling enjoys traveling, particularly visiting national park sites throughout the country.
