Dr. Noelia Rodriguez, MD is a dual board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine dedicated to helping patients achieve better health through evidence-based, personalized care. She believes the best healthcare is built on strong partnerships, where physicians and patients work together to prevent disease, manage chronic conditions, and support long-term health and well-being.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Dr. Rodriguez earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Saint Agnes Hospital in Maryland. She provides comprehensive primary care for adults, with a special interest in preventive medicine, obesity medicine, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and cardiometabolic health. Her approach combines compassionate listening with practical, science-based care tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
Dr. Rodriguez has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2023 and was named a Bethesda Magazine Top Doctor in 2025.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Rodriguez is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, informed, and empowered to actively participate in their healthcare journey.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and is passionate about lifelong learning, teaching, cooking, family time, enjoying nature, and helping others live healthier, more vibrant lives.
