Approach to Care

Tara Smith is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who has been with the practice since 2019. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in biology, she attended the Physician Assistant program at George Washington University. She enjoys Primary Care because of the personal relationship she can develop with her patients while focusing on preventative medicine. She has experience seeing patients of all ages and managing a variety of acute and chronic conditions. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband and their dog at home in Leesburg.
