I love science and helping people live their fullest lives. Being a family physician allows me to work with families to reach their health goals.
I like to get to know patients as people. There are few easy answers and no magic pills so understanding and collaboration is the best way for me to assist people in attaining their optimal health status.
I prioritize my own health by trying to get at least 7 hours of sleep at time with a pre-bedtime mindfulness routine. I am currently working on building more activity into my day and exercising more regularly. My family and I try to eat dinner together most nights as well.
